The wedding albums are beautifully made and meticulously hand assembled; sourced from a highly reputable professional wedding album supplier. Albums are available in Ivory or black, and are portrait in format. The album contains twelve hand-finished photographs; for the highest quality, these photographs are printed at a professional printer

CD’s
Your CD contains all of the high-resolution photographs from your wedding, typically 20 – 25 pictures. These are all individually hand edited, and ready to print. You may print these as you wish, as the reproductive copyright is signed over to you. We will recommend a professional photographic lab to you, but you are free to take these to the photographic lab of your choice

Questions and answers
How do I book?
Just pick up the phone and call 01158 458 953, or e-mail us at justmywedding@bwp-by-rk.co.uk. We will organise the rest for you
What areas do you cover?
We cover most registry offices, churches and wedding venues in the Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark and Grantham areas
Can you offer this package outside this area?
We can, but we naturally have to charge fair travelling expenses
Can I pay by credit card or cheque?
Yes, we accept most debit / credit cards, postal orders and cheques. Cheques must be cleared 14 days before the wedding. We process credit cards online via Paypal. Payment must be at the time of booking, the booking is not confirmed until the booking payment is received and cleared
Do you offer the “just our wedding” package in the week?
Yes, the “Just our wedding” package is often used for the weekday wedding
What is reproductive copyright?
Reproductive copyright allows you to print the photographs at any photographic printer you wish. You may not sell your images or distribute them; the photographs are for personal use only. Overall copyright remains with the photographer
When will you deliver my album and/or CD?
We aim to prepare the images, get the printing done, and mounted in your album in a two-three week timeframe. We find this coincides nicely with the newly wed couple coming back from honeymoon
What does 8x6 and 10x8 mean?
This is the print size in inches. The albums are larger than this, as the photographs are framed on the individual pages
How do you deliver the finished products?
We either use royal mail recorded delivery, or deliver in person
Can my photographs be put online for others to see?
Yes we can arrange this for you, at no additional charge. If you require this service, we will place your photographs in an online gallery, where your friends and family can view your wedding photographs. Your relatives can then order prints to be delivered straight to their door, direct from our professional printing service. If you wish, we can protect your photographs with a user-name and password, to ensure your photographs only viewed by those you give the details too
Can I upgrade this package or include it with products from the online quotation?
This package represents extremely good value, which has a few options outlined above. “Just My Wedding” is a stand alone package. Our quotation tool, which has really flexible options, caters for all weddings booked for more than 1 hour

Details about Mileage
Our office is based in Nottingham NG14
For the first 30 miles in each direction, we do not charge
After that, we charge £0.50 per mile. This just covers the real cost of attending the venue
We work this out very fairly. We use the AA Route Planner, and use NG14 as the start point, and the postcode of your destination as the finish point. The AA route planner works out for us the mileage. If this mileage is under 30 miles, we do not charge you any extra. If this mileage is over 30 miles, we deduct 30 miles, which us the one way additional mileage, we double it (to account for the journey back) and then charge £0.50 per mile.
Example
Your venue is 40 miles from NG14
This gives us 10 additional miles.
10 additional miles x 2 =20 additional miles (there and back)
20 miles x £0.50 = £10.00 - that is what we would charge you for mileage
To be realistic, this doesn’t apply to many venues in Derbyshire, as in the main, they are under 30 miles away
